I reuse tubes as shims, pads and such. As for tires, you could attach to your bike with rope and the next time a dog chases you, "lasso" it with the tire, do a quick 90 or 180 and drag the lil mutt for a distance. Or do what I do, ride up behind your kids and toss it over there head ..."DADDY!...REALLY?!"
