I am looking for a new bike to use mainly on paved greenways and crushed gravel rail-trail paths, maybe the occassional packed dirt sort of path, but definitely not hard core mtn biking. I have a road bike already, so road performance is not an issue.

I test rode a '13 Spec Ariel Sport yesterday and liked it very much. I was just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the Ariel (or the related Crosstrail)?

I also did a quick test ride a few weeks ago on a '12 Trek DS (the women's Nekko is too small for me, at 5'11) and was not really in love with it.
