Sorry I missed this earlier, but I was away during the initial posting.

I have seen a few youth versions of Cannondale's bikes. I'm wondering if the '88 could be one? Did you ever try to fit a 26" MTB front wheel in the fork?

Great find on the the '84! How does it ride?
