Actually, I think it's OK. You can prepare for bad weather (more and better clothes, full fenders on bike, studded tyres, lights etc). But if you wait for a perfect riding weather, you won't get a lot of riding done around here, that's for sure.

I would suffer in the hot Turkish summer climate. You must be a good 10C warmer on average than we.
