26x1.5 tires. Do they make any knobby tires in this size??
picked up an older Peugeot MTB this weekend. I want to make it into a winter bike. THe frame has a sticker that says the max size tire for the bike is 1.62. It currently has the stock 1.5s on it. IT appears to have plenty of room for larger tires however i havent tried it. I cant find anything but city/hybrid slicks in that size and that isnt going to work well for winter in MN. Anyone know of any place to get 1.5s with some tread?
