I drink flavored seltzer,tea ,coffee and water.I don't use sugar or diet substitutes..Try to eliminate all soda.Just because its diet and no calories does not mean its good for you.I assume you are drinking sugar soda.When I was a kid soda was a treat.We were allowed 1 or two Fri and Sat night.Thats it, the end ,NO MAS!Now it seems to be a beverage for every meal and every ride in the car.Now if I pick up a sugar soda its too sweet.Yuck!To me its like eating something too salty.Speaking of salt..........
