The bike is really handsome. But I do not think it was a track bike when produced. Track bikes don't have fork steering locks. To be a track bike the rear ends should face to the rear. The wheels appear undersized to me, especially since I own one and it uses 26 x 1 1/4" wheels. Lot's of effort spent, it is attractive but not what it was.
