Thank you for posting and I am pulling for you.

You have made a great step by increasing your activity level. If you reach a point where you want to lose weight faster then you can change your eating habits. But just take it one step or ride at a time and enjoy the journey. Try to look at life as a journey and take the time to have some fun.

You will be able to get down to 130 again if you are determined enough. I am 59 and weighed 200 lbs and 6 feet tall. I decided to see if I could get down to my 16 year old weight of 140 lbs. In about 4 months I was down to 150 lbs and so far I have not been able to make enough reduction in my food intake to lose the last 10 lbs.

Once you lose down to your desired weight, you will feel so good that you will not know how to act. Please remember how you felt at your heaviest weight and use it as an incentive to never gain the weight back. Keep a positive attitude and watch the weight just disappear.
