Took the ferry over to Vashon island. I rode south along the east side of the Island.
Along the way I stopped and visited briefly with my Brother and his son. The it was off to the south side to take the ferry back to Tacoma. While waiting for the ferry, I snapped a few photos.

I am now out of my comfort zone. I don't know this area very well but eventually I make my way thru Tacoma and up north to Bellevue and then head east, shadows getting long. I know I am running out of daylight.
Out comes the phone to call my wife for a pickup in Issaquah about 20 miles or so short of home. I wait for her at the Issaquah Brewhouse. An Ice cold IPA is a fitting end to a day like this.
I had forgotten how much I like riding my fixed gear.
