Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion is really great without creating any problems between oily/dry balance. Their Face Defense SPF-15 is a good one for low sun exposure along with windburn, and for super-dry and sun exposed issues check out their Essential-C Day Moisture SPF-30.
Little bit on the pricey side, but a very little goes a long way with their stuff. (Save on shipping if you have a Sephora store local to you, same price as the company's website and you can get reward points.)
