Hi. Your blood pressure is perfect. The MAXIMUM recomended pressure is 120mmHg for sistolic and 80mmHg for the diastolic. Thet is the maximum recomended. 110/60 is an excellent number, not even near of being low pressure. The harder you train and the fittest you are, yopu might have low bmp and blood pressure. Keep up the good work!
