Jimmy, how are you even close to being fat? 6'3 and 200 sounds like a good weight. You could be very fit at 200 with that height.

I ride to work, to band practice, to quartet practice, for fun, because I enjoy riding. I also track my exercise and intake and try to keep to a reasonable limit every day. (I massively changed my eating habits :-) )
