Sounds like a great trip to me, maybe you could adopt me for this excursion. Be sure to post the question in the Touring forum here at BF. Rowan and Machka have done quite a bit of cycling around Europe, they could help you out on this, I imagine. When you do make the tour be sure we get a ride report and lots of pictures from the trip.
