Nice setup. Even though we have good winter weather here in West Central Florida we still do the Tue/Thur garage sessions. Sat/Sun morning rides outside. Our Tue/Thur sessions are usually with Coach Troy, Spinervals, and are fondly known as the Garage of Pain (GOP).
