Pushing the 'Cycling Related' Boundaries here

Cycling Related - I'm about to leave here, so my time is my own for the next 2 weeks, and I went out for 100 kms this morning.

25 degrees C., low humidity, no wind, little traffic as any kind of a holiday is seized upon by all!. Back in 3 hours and 20 mins, which will do for me. One of those rides where you're into 'just rotate this gear' becomes hypnotic. No wind, no hills, just on on.

Anyhow, I'm prepping for tomorrows Holiday lunch. 3 Kilos of parboiled spuds, softened and shaken, with olive oil soaking in, for tomorrows high heat browning.

We've got a Gammon, a Turkey deep fried like N Orleans, my spuds, my mediterannian peppers, leeks, parsnips, I'm doing a Tarte Tatin. There'll be Gravadlax and Plum Pudding.

Anyone coming?
