I say the same thing about horses. There are more injuries with horses, per there numbers, than three wheelers but they out lawed the three wheelers. I say out law HORSES while your at it! 
Ironic you should bring that up but way back in history some people looked at the autombile as a cure for urban pollution (something to do with horses)
