This is a little out of your price range, but I just got a Shimano 3D71 dynamo and a B&M IQ Cyo N Plus on eBay for a heavily discounted price, about $300 for the pair to include the hub built into a wheel by Handspun Wheels (also on eBay). I love it, and if you're able to afford, I would highly encourage it based on my experience.
