Not that familiar with Jupiter, but the next town down is Palm Beach. Riding around Palm Beach (the island itself, not West Palm) around the Breakers is pretty cool. Beautiful scenery, lovely expensive homes, and bike friendly roads.
From Palm Beach, you can make your way South along the coast, on reasonable roads (mostly with bike lanes IIRC) to at least Pompano Beach. We did a group ride from Palm Beach down the coast and back on a Saturday morning down the coast one weekend when we were staying at the Breakers. Lot of the local racers, but we just stumbled upon it, so I don't know precisely where they start or the exact time.
