For me, I seem to find that my weight responds 1 or 2 weeks AFTER I make a dietary change...
That is: if I have a bad week (increased caloric input) my waist line doesn't increase until one or two weeks later.
And, vice versa: when I reduce my caloric input, my waist size doesn't decrease until one or two weeks later (even if I have increased my intake by then).
I don't understand it.
I've never heard anybody else report this
And, I've never seen anything written about this.
So, I don't know why -- but I am expecting my Holiday calories to start showing up this coming week...
