I don't think it's a Primato. There were a lot of other similar models(Endurance, Neo Pro, San Remo, Giro, to name a few) in the 90's. I would guess that it shares geometry with a Primato, though. Being a European model, would further complicate exact model ID.
There should be a serial number under the cable guide, contact the factory and ask for ID.
