I'm interested if you will keep same brake set up, and if you go with drop bars, what lever's you would go with. I'm working on a Cimarron build with same frame size, 23" I purchased the frame, and, have been trying to work thru what components to use. Last week I had a High Sierra model ( 87 yr., 20" Fr.) come up on local CL,and purchased it but I plan to leave it as is, and not strip components. Will follow your progress on future posts.
