I think that is an early '2000 frame thats when the MegaPro was big and steel was still gasping for breath before being choked by carbon. The Racing Comp name doesn't sound like anything I ever heard and the graphics don't really look like anything I have seen in US catalogs. Where is this? Is there any info on the brand/model of tubing?
