Panicking a little. What the hell have I been doing all winter?! I rode with some racers on Saturday, and while I was up there with the Cat 2's, some of the Cat 3's I'll be racing against were looking really strong. I should have been riding at least Tempo all winter. None of this "90 minutes of Z2" stuff
Anyway, after the hammerfest I rode again on Sunday and Monday, getting in about 9 hours in the past 3 days. TSB was -37 yesterday, -24 today (no riding). Gonna get in another 150 TSS of Z5 and Z4 tomorrow and then head to Denver for vacay and rest week, then come back and ramp up as fast as I can before a quick taper and A-race in early March.
