bending this kind of steel wont be an easy thing to do and would only bring a part fix,
it looks like the two seatpads are actually completely different in shape.
I think the fault happened when the rubber parts were vucanized onto the plastic frame.
Cost of return would be too big and they do not offer to pay for that.
Also to send something back to a firm who has stopped communicating with the customer
would amount to the same as throwing things in the rubbish bin.
