I have been in your shoes before. What has worked for me is to go workout before going to work. You will feel much much much better. Also packing a lunch will help too. When I was working in the country clubs, I would just pack snacks and then cook healthy. I know you have veggies available at the restaurant and also chicken too. With a little effort on your part, you can make some stellar meals.
But my strongest suggestion is to go workout before going to work. You will feel great.
