Im not sure if this helps you, but a lot of countries charge customs, I bought some hard drives from Taiwan and had them shipped FedEx to me in the USA, I saved about 40% buying overseas, but US customs charged me 15% to receive them... I guess I still saved 25% or so, but I would doubt I would do it again... im not sure its worth the risk to you.

Now your in Saudi Arabia, right? You may want to call your customs department, and ask how that works over there, you may not get charged customs, or you may get charged 100% customs like some do in Mexico... Good luck, and let us all know what happens.
