2x20s on the TT bike for me. Moved the saddle back and viola! all my fit fell into place. Felt VERY good. This is really close to my original fit before I jacked it all up. A little higher and a little more stretched I think, but still good.
1st 20: 25.5 mph
2nd 20: 24.9 mph
so doing better here. Still no aero equipment. I've been ballparking 1.0-1.25 mph guesstimate for wheels/skinsuit/helmet. puts me in the 26-27ish range. I'll need better than that to take any of these stage races.
