Possible Two Rides Tomorrow...Too Much???
I am scheduled for a normal ride early tomorrow of about 17 miles and have a chance to MTB with colleagues after work. Probably no more than an hour for the p.m. ride but it is my first time actually riding trails. Is that too much for the day? Had a great long ride (for me, anyway) on Sunday of 57 miles, day off yesterday and today was an easy ride because of the cold this morning. Thursday is a regularly scheduled day off and back in the saddle on Friday.
