Hard trainer workout tonight - 5x6 minute climbing repeats, with 3 minutes RBI, then eight minutes tempo. The first and last minute of the climbing repeats were standing, the rest was seated. It didn't go as well as I had hoped - hit the targeted watts on the first three, missed by two watts on the fourth, and then missed the last one by about 20 watts. I took a five minute RBI after the climbing repeats and tried to hit tempo, and couldn't quite get there for about six minutes...then I had no problem hitting it and went almost to the climbing repeat range for the last two minutes, and could've gone longer at that level, though how much longer is open to question. Weird.
