My only contribution is that, according to the fit guys at Faster, it isn't just a question of your legs hitting your chest, but the power you can produce at varying degrees of leg flexion. That range can extended with exercises like squats, lunges and step-ups, but it's essentially a bell curve. Just yet another consideration, and that's all I have, as I haven't swallowed the trackie pill just yet.
