Red light cameras around here have changed the habit of motorists to not stop before turning right on red. I know quite a few people that have received tickets in the mail for not coming to a stop. The problem this has created is that motorists are afraid to turn right on red at all, regardless if they have come to a stop, the way is clear, and they can legally proceed. They just sit there waiting for the light to change to green as if it was a no-right-on-red intersection.
