I think most people who do ride love it and hate it when they can't get out on their bike, but certain factors can make it less enjoyable. I live in N.Ire and the weather is crap and it does get a little annoying when it's windy every single day your out. There's nothing like an evening cycle when the weather has been great all day and if all countries were very warm i think more people would cycle, walk or go running.
