The Dyer Observatory climb (Oman Dr.), off of Granny White just south of Radnor Lake. 8/10 mile at 9.4%, but the steep parts are more like 12-14%.
Never been there. Sounds like a great climb to do repeats.
I was doing mine over near the airport. Climbs about 100 ft in 1/4 mile (upwards of 18% I believe) then I would lap around. Total loop is about 1 mile - fun times.
