Just some newbie questions. The cyclocross bike would certainly influence training in my college town with all of these gravel roads. I don't feel like I need the Ultegra on the CAADX either.
Are you referring to the 105 frame? I don't think there are mounts for disc but I doubt there is much to be gained by going disc anyway. Good rim brakes are going to work as well as the mediocre cable disc on the Ultegra. The real benefit of disc is in muddy conditions. I didn't need disc either it's just what worked out.
