Pre-cleanup Fillet Brazed joints?
I've been trying to practice my fillet brazing recently with just some scrap .035 4130 tubing I picked up and have been having some issues. Really clumpy, not that smooth...but I also haven't taken the time to fully clean up a joint yet. Kinda weighing my time between "spend tons of time to clean up this ugly braze" and "just get better so I don't have to clean up as much later" and I always pick the latter. Still, it would be really helpful to see other peoples' post-braze pre-cleanup joints. Anyone have pictures to share?
