It is not really a TWO-EDGED SWORD when it is the motorist killing cyclist. How many cyclist do you know of that kill motorist? This cyclist will likely be convicted of something, the severity of which will depend on what the actual evidence proves, vice all the blustering.
If you were not so lazy to post without reading the thread, you would know that I have stated the cyclist bears most, if not all fault for this pedestrians death. Why people come into a thread, post without reading the thread and think they know what the hell they are talking about, is beyond me.
