Hi,

Comfort is a lot more to do with lower tyre pressure and the
wider the tyre you use the lower the pressure that rolls well.

Kevlar is used in the puncture protection layer, which doesn't
extend to the side walls, and the sidewalls have far more
effect on comfort and rolling as long as they are different to .
the main tread. It really shouldn't affect the performance
of a good tyre at all, really good tyres have no protection.
