As with every Sunday, I took off early so I can rack up some mileage and get in shape for some bicycle touring in the following weeks. Unfortunately I broke the #1 rule, which is eat a proper breakfast and hydrate, leaving home with an almost empty stomach and without proper hydration.
I still managed to ride around 30km, but it didn't feel right due to lack of energy, and even though I stopped along the way and bought myself an energy bar, I was still knackered.
