This is bad advice that should
NOT be followed!
DO NOT open up a shock until you know what it is and have some servicing instructions for that unit! Not saying this one does but many shocks have an internal nitrogen charge and things could go seriously sideways in a hurry if you dismantle one improperly.
Let's figure out what it is and go from there. It appears to be a SID Dual Air but I don't think I'm quite right on that. Anyone?
