Combined intervals again today - three of six minute climbing repeats (LT+) seguing into 12 minutes at tempo, six minutes RBI. Because of where I ride, the CR part were with the wind (12-14 mph worth) and most of the tempo parts were into the wind. I had no problem with the CR parts, could've gone longer no problem, but when I dropped the 30+ watts down into tempo, I had a heck of a time. Part of it was the turnaround that messed up my average watts for the tempo part, and part of it might have been psychological due to the wind. 1:41, 135 TSS, .89 IF.
