3hr endurance last night. Last little bit of volume before Battenkill. Fitness is absolutely superb right now, and form is on the rise. I'll definitely have the legs Saturday, just hope to have the mind and the luck!

The wind wasn't as bad as I thought it would be last night. 35mi, 2800 ft of
steeep hills. So many steep hills. ~10x1-2', 3x5' intervals. Legs were pretty shot by end of it. Fitness is on the rise, legs are feeling better by the week. I'm getting excited for Sea Otter.
