I watched the whole video and found it inspirational and informative. I am a little confused how it could relate to my weak link in cycling. I know that I'm mentally challenged to do TT's and need to fake my interest and commitment. So, if I ride the TT in the "power position" my testosterone will spike providing even moxie to take risks and to hit it harder and to be more powerful. There just seems to be a small disconnect there...
