I'm reading these posts and seeing a pattern of soreness from what seems to be stemming from riding. Now, I'm no expert so I could be way off the mark here, but have any of you been professionally fitted to your bicycles? How'bout the handlebars adjusted? I keep thinking all of you with shoulder/wrist issues are either positioned so you have too much upper body weight on the handlebars or your wrists are cocked funny on the handlebars due to their positioning.
