Thanks everyone! I plan on building a new track bike this winter.
I'm looking for a matching fork/frame neither of which are drilled for brakes... I haven't decided if I want to go with a Used older bike or something new but most of the newer bikes I've seen are drilled while many of the older bikes Ive seen are not.
