It is confusing, and that is too many choices - geeze, every 20 rpm.
If you are running a 26" (or 700c) wheel at 36v and riding less than 15mph, the 200 rpm will work well. Still, a tiny 250watt motor with a small 14amp controller isn't going to give you a lot of help, but it is rather like a second set of lets powering the bike.
