If other people are going to post about the same product (Strava) and their experiences with it across multiple forums then replying to those posts similarly across a few forums is a very loose interpretation of spamming. I have seen far worse things here.

If he wants to complain about spamming then say that and do not tell me it was not helpful as that is for me to decide..........................
