Depends. If you pay for the fitting I have no problem with taking the information somewhere else. If they don't charge for the fitting then I would buy there.

Agree. Buying one thing from a shop doesn't tie you to that shop forever. If they provide the fitting in anticipation of you buying a bike, though, I think there's some obligation.
