2x20s at lunch. Going for some "push" threshold work this block, so wasn't overly painful at 95% FTP. The way things have been going this week, I'm glad I had the fortitude to stick it out today, but ashamed that it was in question :-/
That was Sunday morning for me. I _really_ wanted to quit. In those situations I end up with a lot of internal dialog. There's a lot of, "Come on you F-ing P----, hit those numbers. Don't think about this ----, just hit the numbers. Pedal harder!" I don't know if it really does me any good, but I got the workout done.
