The WW good health guidelines are (per day): 5 srvgs/fruits and veggies, 2 srvgs dairy, 1-2 srvngs lean protein, whole grains, 2 tsps healthy oils, 6-8 glasses of liquid (water rec), limit sugar and alcohol, multivitamin.
Then they have changed it in the years since I have been OP (WW-ish for "On Program")
