tiger you sound like a numbers junky. I am definately a numbers junky, its the accounting and Comp Science degrees. I picked up a garmin 500 with heart rate monitor and a cadence sensor. Teamed up with Strava there is tons of data to contemplate. Just something to keep in mind especially if you are hand updating spreadsheets
